Defining the Structure and Administration:
Definitions:
All departments are controlled and monitored by the Chief Executive Officer / president with regard to carry the vision across. He also reports the results of operation to the board of Directors for a review of operations and appraisal of performance.
By defining the management structure of the Organization; The Board shall review and appraise performances and also set standards that will be for the benefit of the less privilege. They shall also set standards that will be in the interest of sustaining the Organization.
Chief Executive:
The Chief Executive Officer / President shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization.
Secretary Generals Office:
The Secretary General shall maintain minutes of the meetings of directors and other meetings and represent the organization in many contractual and legal matters. The Information Manager shall also coordinate the preparation for the annual report.
Finance and Administration:
This department shall assume the responsibility for the maintenance of adequate internal Control, preparation of records and financial statement, budgeting, tax planning and preparation of tax returns where necessary.
Research Department:
The Research Manager shall be responsible for all research investigation that pertains to the productivity development and statistical surveys of the Organization that will enable the organization to advance from one stage to the other.
Training and Development:
This department shall be staffed with expertise of various fields to take up and train novices.
This is to ensure the sustainability and the training of junior staff to be adequately strategic in exploring duty assignment pertinent to the program.
This department is also responsible for drawing programs, strategies, objectives, and major policies for the entire network of the organization.
Membership Department:
This department shall keep all membership information in the database for record purposes, and draw programs, objectives, objectives, and policies for the organization.
Legal and Redress Department:
The Legal and Redress department constitute the, Office of the Attorney General, Appellate section, Complaint Adjudication office, Coordination and Review section, Criminal Section, Disability rights section, Educational Opportunities section, Employment litigation section, Housing and Civil enforcement section, Office of special counsel for immigration related unfair employment practices, Special litigation section, Voting section, and Administrative management section.
Educationist Department:
The department shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization in line with the UN Declaration.
Agriculture Department:
The department shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization in line with the UN Declaration.
Community Policing Department:
The department shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization in line with the UN Declaration.
Socioeconomic Department:
The department shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization in line with the UN Declaration.
Department for Children, Schools, and Families:
The department shall assume responsibility for the coordination of activities goals, objectives, strategies, and major policies for the entire organization in line with the UN Declaration.
